Darrel Vecchio
Managing Director/CEO
Darrel has been a business owner for many years, introducing specialist technical services in the commercial food equipment industry. Founding Co-director of Jondal Industries/ DALVEC, he has gained multiple trade licenses, keeping Bizmatrix up to date and ahead of other leading training organisations. Darrel is currently the President of The Queensland Gas Association Inc.At Bizmatrix he has developed gas & electrical training courses that are nationally recognised and one of the few Registered Training Organisation outside of the TAFE system to develop a Gas License course. Our students are exposed to trainers who are not only knowledgeable, but are still working in the trade. Which makes for real life hands on learning from our trainers.

David Williamson
Senior Trainer/Technical Specialist
David is a senior trainer at Bizmatrix, sharing his passion for learning and all things technical with his students. With many qualifications, this is clear in Davids teaching style, giving them up to date and lively training on a personal basis.

Sue Oxley
Training Administrator
Sue Oxley is a dedicated teacher who has been teaching business for many years in both the private and public sectors. She has held positions of added responsibility in both sectors and has been working in the VET area since 2003 in schools and Brisbane Commercial College during 2005 and 2006. Sue has also worked for various businesses in paid positions and in a voluntary capacity in the office-administration field. Additionally, Sue has her own small business assisting individuals and organisations with creating change.
Sue’s main role is in the auditing & internal reviews of the compliancy requirements. Sue is a valuable member of the team, making certain the training systems are current and continually reviewed. Assisting in the content authoring and checking of the RTO systems.

Rockie Whitbread
Training Specialist
As the principle owner of RJW Gas services, Rockie is a valuable trainer at Bizmatrix. Rockie is a qualified and licenced gas fitter, QGA Type A gas appliance certifier and holds a Type B gas appliance authorisation with a restricted electrical qualifications.

As with all our trainers, each trainer is actively involved with working with their trade, which keeps the trainers professionally developed. The learners are exposed to trainers who are not only knowledgeable, but are still working in the trade. This makes for real life hands on learning from our trainers.

Robert Kaiser
Electrical Training Specialist
Rob works as a primary consultant for Bizmatrix offering alternative solutions from many years of working as a trainer. Rob’s well balanced and hardworking application to education and training brings Bizmatrix together as a team.

Rob has over 17 years in the electrical industry working in mining in NSW, and has also worked as a technical director in coaching and education for many years, leading him on to complete his training and assessment certificate. Rob has a positive attitude, and manages to find a solution to difficult situations, in result being a great consultant at Bizmatrix.

Lorella Vecchio
Team Leader
Lorella is the Office Administrator at Bizmatrix, in charge of customer relations, and administrative duties. Lorella has worked in retail for the last six years and was in banking prior to that, bringing to Bizmatrix her wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to assisting students and clients in all facets of the training centre.

Semone Shea
Administration Officer
Semone is the administration officer at Bizmatrix, with over 9 years of experience in education, this is evident from her fast, responsive support towards students and peers. Semone takes care of administration whilst supporting new and current students with any questions or queries, enabling them to find the correct information and providing a solution based responses. Semone enjoys spending her spare time with family watching the cricket or doing charity work on weekends.

Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Office and Administration
  • Currently studying Certificate IV in Business and Administration
  • Currently become a certified Justice of the Peace
