Test and Tag Training Course

TEST AND TAG TRAINING COURSE

nationally recognisedTest and Tag also known as conduct in-service safety testing of electrical cord connected equipment and cord assemblies is a method of ensuring compliance with Australian Electrical Safety Standards / regulations and workplace safety.

In order to comply with duty of care and workplace health & safety legislation, all workplaces Australia-wide must be able to demonstrate safe systems of work.

As such, cables and appliances are required to be tested and then tagged with test details and detailed records of the test kept by the technician.

This covers a wide range of electrical equipment including portable and plugged in electrical equipment such as: PRCD residual current device testing, single-phase, three-phase, electrical appliances and electrical cord assemblies.

This course is an introduction to electrical safety theories that are the base units for all restricted electrical training.

Bizmatrix Test & Tag courses cover the latest technology using a wide range of Portable Appliance Testers and a wide range portable electrical test appliance.
