FAQs

Why do I need to do the online learning before the practical?
Bizmatrix has designed the training to allow you flexibility and spend less time away from your work or family.

The course starts immediately on registration, the online education and assessments helps the student learn, it assists with increasing the study time to spread the theory part of the course over a longer period, so get more experience with the subjects. When the student attends the face to face period, the trainer can connect the dots, then focus on more practical to allow the theory learnt online to be better utilised.

What is the best way to tackle the online component?
Plan your journey. Bizmatrix will guide you all the way, commencing with the eLearning induction and training plan, so you know what time is required for each section.
•  Book the time: Do it in blocks …bite sizes and plenty of breaks.
•  Eliminate any distractions like phones and email etc..
•  Read the learning material first and make notes.
•  Have the right mind set i.e. have fun with the journey! Make it fun…

Don’t fear if you get any of the questions wrong, check that you have made all attempts and have read the previous learner materials. If yes, then the error is an opportunity to learn. We will correct them with you at the face to face sessions.

It is important to know the online component is part of the Journey. All online learning must be completed before attending the face to face training.
