Lorella is the Office and Account Manager at Bizmatrix. Lorella has extensive experience within the industry and brings a positive, supportive attitude to the team. For all sales, accounts and office needs, Lorella is here to support you.

Shane Cameron

Gas/Technical Trainer | Educator

Shane has many years of experience. Being part of the team for over 23 years and is a licenced Refrigeration/ airconditioning mechanic, Gas Work Licence, Type B gas qualified and Restricted Electrical licence and is the lead trainer and assessor for Certificate III in gas fitting, Gas service licence courses, Gas Stationary Engines lead trainer for the Type A gas programs- offering the students real-world and current knowledge and experience to their learning journeys

David Elliott

Senior Electrical Trainer/Technical Specialist Guru

David is our head Electrical Trainer—a qualified electrician and electrical contractor with Communication licences and nearly 28 years of industry experience. His passion for sharing his extensive knowledge shines through in every class he teaches, providing both technical and practical support that truly resonates with our students. This commitment to excellence is evident in the numerous 5-star Google reviews he has received.

At Bizmatrix, Dave leads the Restricted Electrical, Test & Tag, Electrical Refresher/Skills Maintenance, and Log Book Training classes, where his expertise and dedication make a significant impact on our training programs.

Steve Elstone

Type A & Type B gas & Restricted Electrical | Educator

Steve is our senior trainer in Victoria for Service Type A gas trainer and assessor, a qualified Engineer Gas & Mechanical and restricted licenced Plumber – Type A gasfitter and Type B gas fitter licenced, with a Restricted Electrical Licence. With many years of Gas engineering, plumbing and electrical experience.

At Bizmatrix Victoria, Steve leads the Service Type A gas courses, and Restricted Electrical, Training classes, Virtual class support and development , where his expertise and dedication make a significant impact on the student’s learning journey.

David Williamson

Senior Educator/Technical Specialist

David is a senior trainer at Bizmatrix, and has a wealth of experience with his passion education for learning all things technical, David enjoys imparting his experience to his students.

Graham Owen

Type A Gas & Specialist Gas Trainer Educator

Graham is a qualified Type A Gas Fitter with a Gas Work Licence with a Restricted Electrical licence, and Refrigeration qualifications. with over 30 years of experience in the gas industry, specialist Rinnai Hot water system trainer.

Graham is a specialist trainer at Bizmatrix, and has a wealth of experience with his passion education for learning all things technical, Graham enjoys imparting his experience to his students.

Type A Gasfitter Educator | Adviser Guru

Adrian is a qualified Type A gas fitter and guru on Caravan and marine gas systems. With years of experience with caravan and marine gas systems – leads our external specialist technical learning systems and is a valued member of the Bizmatrix Team.

Student Support Services & Administration

Jayne is the student registration services and administration liaison for Bizmatrix. A bubbly dedication to supporting the students and office administration duties makes her a valued part of Bizmatrix support team members.

MIchelle supports the students and monitors our online students assisting with connecting the support between the students and the trainers . Michelle’s focus is on helping students and the team members and provide a positive learning experience , with a stress free smooth, and positive experience with Bizmatrix.

Teppie is dedicated to maintaining quality standards through a continuous improvement approach. Being involved in the VET sector for many years. Teppie manages our daily improvement, through systematic compliance checks and audits of our processes and helps maintain and improve our quality, while exceeding compliance.
