What’s Low Voltage Rescue for?

Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) training is suitable for participants looking to build required skills on how to manage the danger of accidental electrocution and provide CPR. Topics covered include hazard identification, risk management, emergency equipment and low voltage rescue procedures.

Low voltage rescue is a great way to learn how to deal with unfamiliar circumstances caused by electrical incidents, enabling you to feel more confident and sure of yourself if an unexpected situation arises.

Competency base training is used to enable students to effectively learn about the skills required to complete low voltage rescue whilst also completing CPR training cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.

This course is particularly recommended for those who hold a restricted electrical or full electrical licence.

Two nationally recognised units:

HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

UETTDRRF06B Perform rescue from a live LV panel
