Celebrating our 17th year of excellence, Bizmatrix is excited to welcome new expert trainers to our team. This is a perfect chance for skilled gas and electrical professionals to embark on a fulfilling career in education and training.

Bizmatrix now has a mentorship program, which enables an educator to complete their Certificate IV in training and assessment, while training and assessing under supervision.
So the Trainer educator will be mentored while learning on the job both how to educate technically, the Bizmatrix method, and connecting the dots with the educational learnings. The best part- get paid to learn and gain your Cert IV TAE.
Either way- at Bizmatrix, if you do have the current Certificate IV TAE , we still require you to be taken through the Bizmatrix process, which includes –
- Doing the course as a student.
- Then doing the courses as a trainee educator to learn the methods of effective education
- and what competency looks like – learning from mistakes is an opportunity to pass.
- and how to lift the standards…by having the passion and drive to have fun by creating curiousity
So, you don’t have a Certificate IV in training and assessment,
That’s okay. Why not start by providing educational content for our Gas courses, learner support, and content creation? All we require is your skills and knowledge in the Type A or Type B gas industry. A try before you jump in – Or if you got what it takes read on…
We’re Seeking:
- Experienced Licensed Type A or Type B Gas Technicians, ideally with an electrical license.
- Self-driven experts in the Type A or Type B gas and electrical fields, passionate about teaching and innovating in the industry.
- A Licensed Type A or Type B Gas Fitter, preferably with a restricted electrical license, ready to advance their careers.
- Prepared to be mentored and educated as a passionate Bizmatrix accredited trainer for Type B or Type A licence courses while attaining their Cert IV Training and assessment or being skilled in the Bizmatrix methods.
Roles Available:
- Trainers and Assessors- Educators for:
- Type B Gas Fitter Trainer/Assessor
- Gas Fitter/Gas Service Type A Trainer Assessor
- Certificate III in Gas Fitting Trainer
- Various other trainer/assessor positions.

Your Contribution:
- A passion for elevating industry standards and sharing your expertise.
- Relevant licenses or accreditations in Gas fitting, Type A or Type B gas fitting.
- High Integrity, loyalty with a positive outlook making it better with a want to find solutions and lift the standards.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 16, or TAE 22) if not already certified.
