Enrolment Eligibility Check
for
Post Gas Licence Units of Competency
These questions help Bizmatrix determine whether the unit/s of competency you are interested in are suitable for you, based on your qualifications, licensing pathway, industry experience, access to required resources and ability to meet the course requirements.
This questionnaire covers the following units of competency:
- CPCPCM4011 Carry out work-based risk control processes
- CPCPCM4012 Estimate and cost work
- CPCPGS4011 Design and size consumer gas installation
- CPCPGS4022 Service Type A gas appliances.
You may select one (1) or more units of competency. Some questions relate only to a particular unit of competency or a group of units of competency. Where a question does not apply to you because you did not select that unit, please choose "Not applicable. I did not select this unit."
The questions cover:
- Your qualifications and Queensland gas work licence status
- Your gas fitting, plumbing or related industry experience
- Any prerequisite units that must be completed and verified
- Your readiness to complete technical calculations, documentation and practical or applied assessment activities
- Your access to the technology and software required for online learning and assessment
- Your availability to meet the course requirements
- Any support or reasonable adjustment you may require.
Please answer each question accurately. Some responses may indicate that Bizmatrix needs to obtain further information, verify supporting evidence or discuss your circumstances with you before your enrolment can be confirmed.
Identifying a support need does not automatically make you unsuitable for the course. The information will help Bizmatrix determine whether appropriate support or reasonable adjustment can be provided.
This questionnaire is an initial assessment only to see if the course is suitable to meeting your needs and goals.
Note: Completing the questionnaire or the Bizmatrix course does not guarantee that Queensland full gas work licence will be issued. Licensing decisions are made by Resources Safety and Health Queensland.
